• You must submit the following information when requesting your refund: Bike brand, model, model year, any accessory installed interfering with lights.
• Your specific make and model is either shown as a model that works with our lights on our Fit-Check page or is not shown shown at all. If you bike is clearly shown not to be compatible with our lights a 10% restocking fee will apply.
